1. Bookings and Payments:

Bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. A deposit of £99 is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 15 days or before tour starts. If the booking is made 14 of days or less before the tour, the full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

2. Tour Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing at least 5 days before travel. Cancellations made 2 days or less before tour starts will not be eligible for a refund. If we have to cancel a tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative tour or a full refund.

3. Tour itinerary:

The tour itinerary is subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. This may include weather conditions, road closures, or changes to local regulations.

4. Responsibility and Liability:

Daytrippa.uk and its employees, agents, and contractors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the tour, including loss of personal belongings. Participants must take out their own travel insurance to cover any risks associated with the tour.

5. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of the UK.
